How do I pay for my order?
When you are ready to pay for your shopping, simply call or email your order through making sure you list the product codes, your address and credit card details.
What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?
If your credit or debit card was refused whilst placing an order please re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.
Do I receive any confirmation once I have placed an order?
Once your details such as your name, delivery address and method of payment are confirmed, we will acknowledge your order by e-mail if an email address has been supplied.
What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in despatch. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.
What are your delivery charges?
You will be told of your delivery charge upon telephone order or notified by email.
Do I get charged for delivery of each item I ordered?
No, customers are charged per order, no matter how many items are placed in one order.
When and how will be my order delivered?
We will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way but we aim to have your delivery with you within 5 working days.
Are there any places where delivery might take longer?
There are certain areas outside our courier service (i.e. Scottish Highlands, Islands, offshore locations, Northern Ireland) where a delivery may take longer. Also if you are having alterations made or specified colours that are not in stock then there may be a longer wait. You will be notified of this on order.

We will cater for overseas customers on an individual basis. Please call us to discuss.
